Vegan Calzone

     Calzones have been a new favorite in my family. We started making them last year and have no clue why it took us so long. They are the easiest to make vegan. Just buy the alternative options of everything and you're good to go.

Ingredients: Pre-made pizza dough
Vegan Sausage and Pepperoni
Roasted veggies of your choose: Broccoli, Zucchinis, Onions, Mushrooms, Spinach
Vegan Mozzarella Cheese: Follow Your Heart Mozzarella
Pasta/Pizza Sauce
Tofu Ricotta- A recipe here

1. Follow pizza dough direction to how to defrost/prep dough
2. Cut and roast veggies in oven 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Cook vegan sausage and heat vegan pepperoni
4. Divide dough into 2 or 4 small balls.
5. Flatten dough into a small even circle.
6. Put sauce to half the crust.
7. Add in veggies, vegan sausage, vegan pepperoni, tofu ricotta, and vegan cheese.
8. Fold over other half of crust and pinch together.
9. If making different calzones use a veggie to identify who's or whats inside
10. Put on pizza sheet or cookie sheet
11. Bake for 20-30 minuted or until top is golden brown (use temperature the package for dough says)
