Tastefully Simple Nana's Apple Cake Mix

Today were making Nana's Apple Cake Mix

*Ingredients:
Nana's Apple Cake mix
2 Cups of chopped apples (any variety, peeled or unpleeled)
2 Large eggs (egg substitute may be used)
1 Cup chopped Walnuts (optional)
Butter [for baking pan]
*Substitute peaches or pears if you don't have apples*.
**High Altitude: Add 2 tablespoons of water with other ingredients**

*Supplies needed: 
Cutting Board
Mixing Bowl
Knife
1 Cup Measuring cup
Baking Pan 
(not shown spatula or wooden spoon)


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
Chop apples into bite size pieces
 Measure 2 Cups of apples
 Place apples into mixing bowls

Chop walnuts -Measure 1 Cup
 Place walnuts into mixing bowl
 Add cake mix and 2 large eggs
 Mix ingredients together
 This is what cake mix looks like all mixed together
Spread butter in baking pan
 
Spread batter in to baking pan and spread out evenly
 
 Put in oven
 Bake @ 350 Degrees for 45-55 Minutes
Take out and let cool
 Serve and enjoy! (apple slices and caramel optional)
