Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip
 

My family went to a Halloween party a couple years ago and the host made the Buffalo Chicken Dip. The dip was the first thing to go everyone enjoyed it. Buffalo Chicken Dip is great for parties, a bar-b-q, football Sunday, or a way to use left over chicken. Serve hot with potato chips, tortilla chips or crackers and enjoy!

*Ingredients:
3/4 to 1 Cup Hot Sauce (use any hot sauce you like)
1 Package Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing 
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 and 1/2 Cups Chicken (can used Can, Shredded, or Chopped chicken)



*Supplies needed: 
Pot 
Lid
Wooden Spoon
Measuring Cups  (not shown)
**Can also be made in a Crocked Pot**



**Set Stove on to MEDIUM TO MED-LOW heat**

Chop cream cheese and began melting in pot
 Add 3/4 cups of Hot Sauce

 Add in 1 and 1/2 Cups of Shredded chicken.
Stir to coat chicken 
 Add 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
 Add 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing

 Stir until all cheese is melted

Taste and add more hot sauce if needed.
 When all the cheese is melted and the chicken is heated through,
 its ready to be served or you can put the lid on and let simmer longer

Serve with potato chips, tortilla chips, crackers, carrots and/or celery
